    We offer homemade smoked dishes made in a large, custom-made smoker. We use cherry blossom smoke chips, as well as "whiskey oak chips" made from whiskey barrels for chicken and white fish dishes. We use different chips depending on the dish being smoked. It might be fun to try different flavors with each chip!
